   上海奥塞尔材料科技有限公司，创立于2005年，总部位于上海市松江国家经济技术园区，是一家从事高性能绿色环保PC及其改性材料研发、生产、销售的专业性集团化公司；公司实际注册资本3252万元，已通过IATF 16949体系认证，并获得上海市高新技术企业称号，同时拥有3家国内控股子公司及2家海外子公司，年生产能力超过10万吨，项目总投资计划2亿元。其中，控股子公司宁波中坚塑胶有限公司已投资7000万元（计划总投资1亿元）。

公司还配备齐全的材料检测实验室，常规检测设备有电子万能试验机、热变形维卡软化点试验机仪、缺口制样机、电子天平、冲击测试仪、融指测试仪、ROHS测试仪、电热恒温干燥箱。联合实验室配备高压微反色谱、液质联用仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜、比表面与空隙度分析仪、红外分光光度计、气相色谱质谱联用仪、热重-差热同步测定仪、自动X射线衍射仪、超导核磁共振谱仪、透射电子显微镜、荧光分光光度计、共焦激光拉曼光谱分析系统等，可对材料性能进行全面综合的检测和质量控制。
