        瑞阳制药有限公司创建于1966年，目前总资产达30亿元，员工超过4000人。公司总部设在山东沂源，并在上海松江区设有分公司，在总部、济南、上海和美国设有研发中心。160多个办事处遍布国内大中城市，产品已覆盖全国，并远销德国、法国、韩国等三十多个国家。
        瑞阳的业务领域主要包括药品的研发与制造。涉及粉针制剂、原料药、固体制剂和中药制剂的生产和研发，以及抗癌药物、新的抗生素类药物、防疫疫苗和治疗疫苗等的研发。是全国***的头孢类原料药生产基地之一，粉针生产规模全国前五，其梅洛西林钠原料药及其制剂。同时，与清华大学、山东大学等30多家高校和科研机构有着常年科研合作关系，拥有大量专利产品，获得国家科技进步奖，承担***项目5项，并负责起草了42个新药产品的国家药品标准。
