    卡乐电子(苏州)有限责任公司为成立于2005年，公司位于苏州高新区鹿山路环保产业园内，为意大利CAREL INDUSTRIES S.r.l.集团在中国设立的独资公司。
    CAREL集团自1973年就进入空调，冷冻，湿度控制领域。上个世纪80年代早期，在欧洲卡乐是***家生产微处理器控制器的公司。这些控制器与传统的用于陈列柜和冷库的机械式控制器相比，具有性能更可靠，功能更灵活，性价比更高等特性。
    卡乐公司荣膺两项认证：国家高新技术企业，省级工程技术研究中心。
    CAREL生产的产品主要有：冷冻和空调控制的参数式电子控制器和可编程电子控制器，等温型和绝热型加湿器，远程管理和监控系统，变频器，电子膨胀阀，传感器等。CAREL的解决方案专为冷水机组、压缩机群组、陈列柜、多元复合展柜、冷藏库、气调库、风幕、空气处理机组、屋顶机机组和空调机组特别设计；在世界范围内被HVAC/R行业内的知名的OEM制造商和工程安装者所广泛使用。

CAREL has been working in the field of refrigeration, air conditioning and humidity control since 1973. In the early '80s, CAREL was the first company in Europe to begin designing and producing a microprocessor controller designed for precision air conditioners.
CAREL now offers a wide range of products in the HVAC/R sector:
Standard Electronic Controllers and Programmable Electronic Controllers for Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration units/plants;
Isothermal and adiabatic humidifiers;
Monitoring, Telemaintenance and Supervising Systems, inverter, Electronic expansion valve, sensor.
CAREL solutions are specifically conceived for the management of chillers, compressor packs, showcases, multiplexed cabinets, cold storage rooms, seasoning rooms, retarders, air handling units,roof-top units and air-conditioning units in general, and are utilised world-wide, both by the most well known OEMs and by the most demanding installers in the HVAC/R market.
The company has by now consolidated an international reputation (over 65% of total sales are made abroad), and operates directly through 14 subsidiaries, 7 affiliated companies, 6 production plants in Italy, China, USA Barisal, and indirect presence in 75 countries through partners and distributors.
